“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5
Why do I always second guess what God is up to? When I think about how limited my own understanding of most things is, I find it amazing that I need to be reminded of this simple truth in God’s Word:
He is trust-worthy. So instead of trying to figure everything out, it’s time I realize that even when I don’t understand the how’s or why’s, He knows what to do.
God’s in control and I can rest in that, and so can you!
We can step out in faith knowing that when we walk in God’s will for our lives, He will guide our steps.
Imagine the opportunities that will be wasted if God can’t count on us to do what He gifted and equipped us to do?!?!
This collection was born out of a desire for me to remind you that He is trustworthy, even with the big stuff!
This beautiful, rich leather journal is engraved with Proverbs 3:5. I chose this leather intentionally because of the deep pull-up in this finish. The distressed and unpredictable nature of this type of leather finish pair really well with the message, reminding you of how unique you are, and even with flaws, you are loved unconditionally!
The dark black/brown color of the leather has amazing character anytime the leather is bent, folded or touched. As you move the leather, you’ll see the undertone of the hide peek through the finish. This is called pull-up. I love how it changes and evolves, getting more character and more beautiful as you use it. No two covers will ever look the same!
Writing your thoughts down in a journal will help you remember and process your feelings. Journaling is a healthy way to put your emotions in a safe place. I love being able to look back at my old journals as a witness to just exactly how God is working through me and using my life over the years!
This leather travelers notebook style journal features two elastic cords inside to hold your paper journal (which is included). When you fill up that notebook, you can simply pull it out and put a new blank notebook inside. Reusing the cover over and over again.
These journals also make great gifts, and I have an ever-growing collection of new designs and leather colors, which you can check out here.
